A slender, continuous steel frame, solid wooden volumes, and the contrast between the visual weight of wood and the lightness of the metal structure create a balanced and enduring composition. Emphasizing horizontal proportions, pure geometry, and the relationship between solid and void, the design eliminates unnecessary ornamentation in favor of clarity and restraint.
