K3 Villa takes inspiration from the formal discipline and structural honesty of Le Corbusier's Villa Savoye, where pure volumes and functional logic define the architectural language. Yet rather than embracing machine-like abstraction, the project humanizes these principles through materiality, light, and atmosphere.
Detail is expressed not through ornament but through the precise articulation of mass, proportion, shadow, and texture — producing a sense of quiet luxury rooted in spatial quality rather than decoration.
Warm tactile surfaces, natural textures, and controlled daylight soften the rigor of the geometric composition — a refuge of pure forms and calibrated sensations.
