K1 Villa explores the relationship between contemporary living and the enduring spatial memory of Iranian architecture. Rather than replicating historical forms, the project reinterprets familiar architectural archetypes through a contemporary language of proportion, materiality, and light.
The composition is defined by the dialogue between two primary volumes: a solid brick mass that anchors the building to the landscape, and a lighter plastered volume that introduces openness and spatial clarity.
Arched openings reappear as recurring spatial motifs — carriers of collective memory that establish rhythm, frame views, and strengthen the connection between interior and exterior.
